Due to the adverse weather conditions reported at Ramsey HS, the BHS Marching Band will not be traveling to the game today.  Student safety and well-being are always our primary concerns.  The students will be dismissed at 11:30AM.  They have been instructed to call their parents immediately to report the change.

The report time for tomorrow is now 12:00PM.  We will depart for Montclair at approximately 2:15PM. The festival begins at 4:30PM.  Our performance is approximately 5:15PM.  Please do your best to attend and support all the bands until the finale.

Following the festival, the band will be dining at Charlie Brown's in Tenafly.  The restaurant will be closed to the public.  The cost of dinner is $15 inclusive.  Please send your student with exact change in cash.

Report time is 9:00AM, except for trumpet sectional at 8:00AM.  We will most likely be rehearsing indoors tomorrow.

Lunch break will be 11:00AM to 12:30PM.

Be prepared to perform for the football game in jeans and raincoats.  Wear suitable layers underneath based on the temperature.  If the unlikely event that the weather clears, we may perform in full uniform.  If the weather is too bad, we may not even go outside to perform, and the band may be dismissed until 5:30PM.

If we perform, the dinner break will be from the end of the game until 5:30PM.  You may bring a bag dinner or go home to eat and return.  We will begin loading at 5:30PM and depart for Wayne Hills High School promptly at 6:00PM.

The NJMEA State Festival at Wayne Hills will be an indoor performance.  We will perform in full uniform in their gymnasium at a standstill.  Our performance time is 8:00PM.  The awards ceremony is 8:50PM.  We will depart for home immediately at around 9:00PM.  Our anticipated return to BHS is 9:45PM.
