The Cheesecake Fundraiser Kick-off is Period 5 in Auditorium.  Sit in assigned areas.  All choir members will help move pit equipment to the field during this period instead of watching presentation twice.

Priority Rehearsal from 3:15 to 6:00PM.  The plan is to learn remainder of drill/show.  Please be prepared and on time.  Bring water jugs, sunscreen, etc.  It is supposed to be hot and sunny.

Disney Q and A Session for Parents will be held from 6:30PM to 7:00PM in the Band Room.  Please remind your parents to attend.

BHS Open House is from 7PM to 9PM.  Parents will follow your schedule.  Please have them attend band during your CONCERT BAND period.

Disney Forms are due today, whether you will be attending or not.  This is a graded assignment.

All pit members, except for athletes, should plan to stay after school to assist with a trial truck loading until 5pm.  Other members are encouraged to volunteer as well.

Report time is 8:00am for sectionals (if scheduled by section leader).  

Full ensemble rehearsal begins at 9:00am SHARP.

"Brunch Break" will be from 10:45AM to 11:45AM.  

Students must be in the band room, dressed and ready for both performances at 11:45AM.

Students should wear their band t-shirt and bring a snack and bag dinner, or money for dinner at the refreshment stands in Northern Highlands and Pequannock.

We will depart from BHS for Northern Highlands promptly at 12:00PM.  Our performance at Northern Highlands is at 1:40PM (Pregame).  Following the game, we will depart directly for Pequannock HS. Our performance time there is 8:45PM.  Our estimated return to BHS is 11:00PM. Please plan accordingly. This is a very long day.  Please be well rested, hydrated, and fed.

Tickets for the Pequannock show for friends and family will be available at the gate.

Pep Rally at 7pm.  Come out and support the BHS Color Guard and athletics. Musicians interested in playing in the pep band, report back at 5pm for a run-thru.
