Schedule for Week of 9/26 to 10/1

• Monday Pd 5 - Clean Drill for Pre-Opener
• Tuesday Pd 5 - Clean Drill for Opener
• Wednesday Pd 5 - Clean Drill for Wedding
• Wednesday Priority - Learn drill for Escape
• Thursday rehearsal (9am-1pm) - Continue drill for Escape/Clean Show/Field Entrance
• Friday Pd 5 - Run-Thrus
• Saturday - Home Football vs. Eastside and USSBA Montville Show

For Wednesday Priority and Thursday reheasals:

• Bring your three colored squares
• Bring your water jug
• Bring your binder
• Wear proper footwear (rainboots?) and rain gear

Saturday detailed information and schedule:

• Report time is 1pm in full uniform and eat lunch prior to arrival
• We will warm up and then play pregame ceremonies (2pm kickoff)
• We will perform the FULL SHOW at halftime
• At the end of the game, we will load the buses and depart quickly for Montville HS.  You must bring all of your personal belongings (other than your instrument) with you on the bus.  
• You may bring a bag dinner, have a parent bring you dinner immediately after the game, or bring money to buy food at the snack stand at Montville HS.
• Our performance time at USSBA Montville is 7:45pm.  We will depart  following the awards ceremony around 10pm.  
• We will arrive back at BHS around 11pm. We will meet briefly in the visiting bleachers to discuss the show and them be dismissed.  The school will NOT be open upon our arrival.  Do not leave anything in school that you need for the weekend.
• Directions to Montville HS are posted on the Directions page.  Please encourage your family to come to support us at our first festival!!

As of 6am today, the game will proceed as planned on Saturday afternoon.

Due to poor field conditions, today's rehearsal will begin at 9:30am.  

Please arrive no later than 9:15am in order to get your instrument

and follow instructions on the board.

Uniform of the day is still TBA.  

A determination will be made before lunch break based on field conditions.

Please have full uniform AND jeans/band t-shirt ready.

All activities for tomorrow are dependent upon the weather.

There is a possibility that the game will be postponed until Sunday.

The BHS Marching Band will perform its first field show of the year this Saturday, 9/17 at Paramus Catholic High School.  The band will perform at 12:40pm, prior to kickoff.  The report time for Saturday morning will be 8:00am.  We will rehearse until 10:30am.  Lunch break will be from 10:30am to 11:30am.  

Students must report back to school at 11:30am, dressed in full uniform.  

Buses will depart promptly at 11:45am.

The next BHS Marching Band rehearsal will be Wednesday, September 14 from 3:15pm to 6pm.

Students must bring their water jugs, and a snack is highly suggested.

Due to parking and seating conditions at Fort Lee's football stadium, we will only be bringing a 50-piece Pep Band to the football game scheduled for 7pm on 9/9/11.  All students not assigned to the pep band are off for the evening.  

No transportation to the game will be available for non-pep band students.

The next BHS Marching Band rehearsal will be Saturday, September 10 from 8am to 1pm.

Students must bring their water jugs, and a snack is highly suggested.
